Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition are not eligible for return.

Shipping Charges
